I was very nervous while choosing a broker to ship my car from Michigan to San Francisco, reading more reviews didn't help either because every company tends to have some negative reviews. Then Henry contacted me and I came across some realistically positive reviews about his service at coastal car. I spoke to him and shared my fear of shipping my brand new car, he assured me that he will take care of my car and I can be at peace. He helped me find a carrier within an hour and my car was picked up and shipped the same day. I was allowed to put extra stuff in it ( with an additional tip to the driver) which made the move so much easier and inexpensive for me. The driver he picked for me was very professional and helpful as well. My car reached me in perfect condition (just like I had it before the shipment). The driver also dropped the car very close to my house to spare me from too much walking :)
Later I received a follow-up call from Henry to ensure my experience was good, which it certainly was. I would recommend using his service for sure.
