After submitting a request for a quote on some website, I was bombarded with quotes from different companies. I chose Coastal Auto Transport because of their representative, Tim Hayes. He was different than the other reps because he was not pushy, rude, nor "sales-y". All the others sounded like used car salesmen. The bottom line is that these companies all offer you the same thing, so it really comes down to customer service and price. Tim gave me the best price with the best service. He was so easy to work with and had great follow-up. The car was picked up and delivered on time, no problems. Next time I transport a car, I will just call Tim, because I know that I won't need to stress or worry about anything.
