If you read the internet in search of information about auto transports, the flood of information will scare the heck out of you! The web is filled with warnings about damaged cars, late pick ups or no pick up at all. There are so many players, mostly brokers that taut their business over the other. I felt overwhelmed! Then I spoke with a guy from Coastal Auto Transport.
The representative called me to see if I had arranged for my car to be picked up and I said I already had arrangements. This did not deter Kai! Usually I have a very short tolerance for those that continue to pester me or try to pressure sell me on a product or service. In this case, I am glad I took his call. After the fifth or sixth call, Kai told me he had a truck in the area that would have my car to me in less time that the most highly rated outfits. My car was picked up on the day he stated and delivered sooner than the best rated carrier! And the driver kept me informed all along the route to see if my plans had changed. The car came while I was at work, and the transport company was very flexible to change the location for delivery to fit my busy schedule. I have nothing but praise for Coastal and for Kai's determination and friendliness. For my next move, I will definitely use them again!
