i needed to ship my car from arizona to virginia. i originally contacted a number of carriers in december but then had to delay and delay. meghan called me and we discussed the price. when i told her i had to delay, we made arrangements for her to check in with me on certain days and she always called on the appointed day. finally, in february, i was ready to ship and we got the days set and everything was a go with the same price as in december. then, my move was cancelled the day before pick up was scheduled.
Not only was Meghan glad for me that I didn't have to move, there was no cancellation fee even though it was less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
This was a great price, Coastal was great to work with because they accommodated all the changes to my schedule over a period of several months, and even though i pulled out i was actually given a pat on the back for getting to stay in my home!
I would recommend this company and Meghan to anyone because with that kind of customer service, you know they are going to take good care with your car.
