I had originally hired another company to transport our truck, and Greg called to alert me that what my other guy had told me & what he saw at Central Dispatch was not adding up correctly. I assured him that the other company was ok, and he offered his support & help if I needed it. Needless to say, the other company gave me the run-around & my truck was not picked up. Greg called back 1 week later to check in, and offered to move the vehicle for us. We agreed on a price, and within 4 hours, he had found a driver to pick it up. It was picked up the following evening & was delivered to Louisville 36 hours later. He made our move so much more pleasant! Next time we need a transport service, Coastal Auto Transport will definitely be the first company we call! Thanks Greg!
