I was lambasted with emails and telephone calls from other companies, all telling me that everyone else was "lying" about what they were telling me. As soon as I spoke with Gregg at Coastal I felt comfortable. I had to move my daughter's car from NJ to her at college in Nevada. I was so worried about every aspect of the move. The car was posted one day, reserved the next day. Picked up the day after that, exactly as the broker told me, and dropped off in five days, exactly as the broker told me. I feel very confident with Coastal and would definitely use them again. PLUS ~ they beat everyone's offered price by $300. Great service!
