With as many options as there are out there don't pick coast to coast. I set up a car pickup with them that they assured me would happen on the agreed upon day, refused to specify any time frame. On the day of pickup I was told that the driver would contact me "in an hour or two". they said this multiple times throughout the day until they eventually shut down for the weekend without even giving me a notice that the pickup would not happen. On top of that my card was fraudulently charged not a week later. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
