I was lied to every step of the way with this transport company. Both Tony and Mike will say anything to string you along and then change the terms at the last minute. Tony gave me so much misinformation about the transport of my vehicle to Alaska. I don't think he knew anything about the process and was incorrect about the dates, the payments, and the destination. I was assured by him that the vehicle would arrive on the date promised but instead we didn't get the vehicle until 2 1/2 weeks later and that was after dealing with the Alaska transport company directly who confirmed that Mike knew about the delays due to his missing the deadline in transporting the vehicle to the port. I even had to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charges since they overcharged me the agreed upon price. Not to mention no door to door service despite having this in writing. Mike would not return my calls and Tony would not pick up either. Deceitful to the very end.
