I filled an unsatisfactory report shortly after my non pickup. The report was posted and shortly thereafter was removed. Classic stated I was never a customer. I responded to your service with supporting data. Neverthe less my negative report remained unposted. Basically, Classic played me along for almost two weeks before informing me that they could not get a carrier. I got my own elsewhere on the very day I had specified to Classic I had to have a pickup. At about 9PM, that day, Classic called and stated they had located a carrier I had hoped my report would have saved some unsuspecting customer a similar experience At this point, I am wondering if this report will see the light of day.
