Took longer than expected - three weeks from contract until delivery, the first avaialble transport wanted an "additional $150" over quoted contract price and the gas tank was not full as promised. However, transport driver was friendly and professional. VW arrived undamaged and the driver treated it respectfully as a classic.

Hi Julie- Im glad that we got your VW Van to you safe and sound. I apologize that It took a little bit to get there, I was just having a tough time getting a driver in Ohio. Im not sure what or who promised you a full tank of gas, as that is never in our contract. We ask you to have a quarter tank or less for your transport! Glad to work with you. -Sierra
