The car was severly damaged while on the haulers' trailer. The shipping papers verify that the car was damaged during shipment. Chu Chu's driver verified the damage and signed the papers. The moving company and their agent all agree that thiis is a clear cut damage claim that Chu Chu should pay. Chu Chu has refused to return phone calls. Chu Chu is refusing to work with the insurance company. Chu Chu is being dishonest and failing to live up to his legal responsibility. My advice is to steer clear of this shabby group.
