When called, they said a week till pickup, but my car was on the road before the deposit cleared my account... I accepted them as my shipper on Monday night, tuesday was a holiday, I had some computer issues getting the order completed, so they caled me wednesday morning to complete my order.... deposit was made then, they told me approx a week for my car to be picked up.. that night I went online to email the seller that shipping was set up, and they should be there in 5-8 days... and there was a email FROM the seller telling me that my car had already been picked up and was on its way to my house!!!! Driver was very polite, and I was VERY impressed with this company.... I work in customer service, and this place is top notch in quality and speed!! I have recommended them to everyone that asks about shipping cars... even recommended them today to a person that bought my other car!
