I received a quote, I told Cheap Auto I couldn't get a deposit for several weeks. Michael Smith called every day 6 to 7AM asking if I had deposit. I told him it was too early to call I was on west coast time. The calls came in at 7:30 after that, I put the phone on mute. After the deposit was given I called and texted Smith my contact on the east coast who would hand off the car to the driver Smith never acknowledged that info.. The day the car was to be picked up my east coast contact called Cheap auto and with much difficulty finally received the driver's number, he called and the driver DIDN'T KNOW THAT HE WAS WORKING THAT DAY but promised to be there the next day and he WASN'T and when called he said he'd be 4 to 5 HOURS LATE. The next day his truck BROKE DOWN. I got my deposit back IT took me an additional TWO WEEKS to find MONTWAY TRANSPORT they gave me the name of the trucking company and drivers name soon after my deposit cleared. The trucking company confirmed the itinerary and the drivers name and number and I got UPDATES the day before and day of my delivery up to 20 MINUTES AWAY from the house.. THANK YOU MONTWAY-SCREW YOU CHEAP AUTO TRANS!!
