We have impressed with everything about Chariot Auto Transport from our initial inquiry to the post-delivery follow-up. We always dealt with a "live-person" - never having to wait on hold or push numerous option buttons. The rate they quoted us was reasonable. We placed our order on a Thursday, & they phoned us the next day to say the transporter would be available to pick the vehicle up the following Monday. The driver kept in touch with us while on the road, and arrived from CO to VA that Friday. He was very professional. Delivery was made within 4 miles of our home (we live on a narrow gravel lane that would have been impossible to deliver to our front door). Chariot actually phoned us after delivery to ensure that everything went as we expected. Should we ever need to transport another vehicle, or know anyone else that requires such service, we will definitely recommend Chariot Auto!
