This company is absolutely outstanding!!!! From day one we were told our vehicle may be difficult to get because of it's location. Of course that's not something you want to hear, but we did appreciate their honesty. Nonetheless, our vehicle was picked up within a couple days of signing the contract. Marie, the customer service rep kept us in the loop with every aspect. When we called with a question, it was answered without hesitation. The driver Dennis was very friendly, and did a great job with keeping us informed on when our car would arrive. We have been recommending this company to our friends and will continue to recommend them. I would definitely us them again. Thank you everyone at Chariot, you guys are great!!
