As a consultant that travels, I have had to ship my vehicle many times and have used several companies. Some of my experiences have been trying at best. Chariot Auto Transport was a refreshing experience. From the very start, the online quote, the company performed as one would want. I needed to talk with them several times and they were easy to reach. Even after I entered into a contract, I was able to talk with a live person every time. The pickup was scheduled as promised and the driver actually called before he arrived. This was not always the case in my previous experience. From the very start I felt comfortable with Lenny, he gave me his cell phone and encouraged me to call to check on his progress. As my shipment was coast to coast, I expecected possible delays, especially since it is early spring and anything weather wise can happen. One day out he called and gave me a target time. This was modified by excessive traffic in the LA area, but he kept in contact to let me know what was happening. Bottom line, the car arrived in fine condition within the 10 day original estimate. I will be calling Chariot when my contract is over and I need to ship the care home. Good work.
