The price to transport my car from suburban Chicago to urban Los Angeles was very competitive--Chariot came in below the 3 other companies I had quote shipping. The broker service was friendly, professional and attentive. They called to check that things were going okay with the shipper during shipping and the week following delivery. The shipper got the car to me just fine- no damage, nothing stolen. The vehicle was a little dirty, but that was to be expected after 6 days on the road. The only issues we had were that the shipper attempted to have someone drive the car about 40 miles to him in another suburb (we refused; that was not our agreement), but he ended up picking it up as planned. the car was delivered a full day ahead of schedule, which was great. Upon delivery, we had to meet him about 8 blocks from the delivery address, but that was understandable, given the tight city street and not a big deal. Overall, this was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend Chariot to others.
