I had a great experience with this company. My vehicle was made available the 17th, picked up on the 20th (the day they said it would be picked up) and delivered on the 23th (one day before it was to be delivered). The price was great as well, $930,$200 less than another 5 star company (I'm not mentioning their name because they also had great customer service and provided good information that I used to make my vehicle shipping decision). Overall it was a great experience. Oh and because my fellow Texans were so friendly and prompt, I must say the actual company that transported my truck, Hill Country Hotshots, were down-right outstanding!
