Transport was quick and efficient. Truck was delivered undamaged. I was informed of the progress every step of the way. The only complaint I can think of comes as more of a tip for the service, more than a complaint. As in my case of shipping an inoperable vehicle, a smaller transport vehicle would be of some use. The large 18 wheel tractor trailer is limited on where it can unload. With an inoperable vehicle, it needs to be unloaded on a private driveway, or yard. The big truck can't get into such a confined space, leaving one with an additional charge for transport from the delivery point, usually a large retail center parking lot, etc, to it's final destination. Most of the time, just a few blocks away, but never the less, a PITA to have to deal with. Other than that, I'm a happy camper! Super Service!!! I would not hesitate to use Chariot again in the future. Thanks Again!!
