I was very pleased with the quality of response that I recieved, when I had a question or needed information. I would not hesitate to use champion auto brokers again. I had a miscommunication with the car dealer, thinking that the auto was released to go, I told champion auto brokers that the car was ready to be picked up. However the final transfer had not been made between my credit union and the car dealer. A truck driver had been dispatched to transport the vehicle and had to be canceled, because of my miscommunication. Luke @ champion was very understanding and informed me that these things happen and that was all that was said. Later we rescheduled the pick up and the deal went through smoothly. Champion Auto Brokers is a good company.
