These people do not have the mental capacity to walk across the street let alone deliver your vehicle. There is virtually no communication between Luke, the driver and you. My vehicle was originally supposed to be picked up on Oct.12 and delivered on Oct.15. Well I finally got my truck on Nov.1, after I got the police involved. The police told us that the driver got arrested for drug posession and the driver, who was quite the rhodes scholar, denied it. Imaine that?? Upon recieving my truck I found that it had 100+ miles on it from when it was picked up and was completely covered in mud. I wonder how that happened??? Please do not do business with Luke or the carriers that he brokers for. There is no reason for customer treatment like this. I can't imagine what would have happened if I didn't get the police involved.
