I contracted with Luke Champion to have my car transported to Florida in 3 to 5 days and paid $100 extra to expedite the delivery. He is a one-man operation and contracted with AVA Auto Transport to have the vehicle transported (another one-man operation). The car was picked up on time by David Bush of AVA, but once he had the vehicle and my money, we could not get in contact with him. On day 6 of the delivery we placed about 8 calls to the driver (Bush) but never got a return call. He went missing for two days. Even Luke Champion had no contact or idea where he was. Customer service with the company (either of them) is completely bogus, Mr. Champion was argumentative and did a lot of double talk and even insulted me on the phone when I called to inquire what was going on with the transport. He also did not return phone calls, but had to be contacted several times and then informed me that I should call the driver myself as he was a very busy man. Busy taking people's hard earned money no doubt. I would not recommend either of these men for reliable, or courteous customer driven service. They are just in it for the bucks and do not take any responsibility at all. When people of this calibler call themselves "businessmen" they insult every true businessman out there. These are con men or rip off artists. Do not use their services!!!!!!!!!! I am also notifying the BBB (no, they are not members of the BBB either) about these men and their so called 'businesses.' PEOPLE BEWARE......THESE MEN ARE LOOKING FOR EASY MONEY AND HAVE NO BUSINESS ETHIC AT ALL.
