stole my deposit, never pick car up

Warning....I would not use this company,this is my opinion. They promised to pick up my car by 6/13/07. I had given them over three weeks notice, I also had arranged flights for me and my family to depart on 6/13/07. I called them on the 6/12/07, they said they could not pick it up and asked to give them till Friday 6/15. I had to re-arrange my flights, it cost me additional $600 in airfare expenses. They never pick up my car, wanted more money and would not give my deposit back as they had promised that they would. I keep calling and Mr. Caviness, her husband threatened me. I am taking them to court and have filed with BBB. These people are dishonest to say the least, based on my experience.

Jimmy over half the things you said are not true. And you know it. and when this was done and over with you got your cars moved.
