Took deposit didn't transport

They were happy to take my deposit on 10/3 on the18th had no leads on a truck. I needed the truck for work so I flew from Sea to NJ and drove it home. After emails and phone calls the lady that took my money said the boss had to decide if I got my deposit back.

All the negative feed back on this site would have helped me NOT chose them. So they get $100 bucks for not hauling my truck. I'm in the wrong business. I need to quote people to low and just keep their deposits. I work harder than that for my money. Maybe it's worth 100 bucks not to use them?

Yes we did not get the truck moved in the time needed. And when the order was canceled I was not in the office. But when I got back in the office a few days later. There money was refunded back to there credit card. I did not know that these people were mad.
