This was the first time I have ever had to make arrangements to have a vehicle transported. When I checked into auto transport websites I found Cavalier Auto Transport listed with a five star rating, the lowest cost and shortest transport time. My contact person was a dispatcher whose name is Tyra. She was very professional, friendly, courteous and an absolute delight to work with. She handled practically everything from A-Z and quickly handled any concerns I'd had. In today's world it is a real pleasure conversing with someone who definitely represents their company in a manner that reflects so well upon themselves and the company. I was in contact with their driver Dave, who like Tyra, was a pleasure to deal with and talk to. He gave me the arrival time to the drop off point and was one minute early. Dave was also polite, professional and courteous. If I ever have to transport another vehicle I WILL use Cavalier Auto Transport! Thank you Tyra and Dave!!!
