Maria at Cavalier understood my needs ,followed the process closely and kept me informed Due to a family emergency I was unable to be present at the pick-up or delivery. Maria dealt professionally with those I designated for those responsibilities. Both surrogates were also impressed with the courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by the driver from Ali Transportation as well as their contacts with Maria. I took a chance that Cavalier would provide a low stress experience for me and they did.
