Below is the last E-mail I sent to Castle Luxury Auto. I have yet to hear a response from them...
HUGE PROBLEM WITH ORDER # 21945-IQ
First, Castle Luxury auto has not contacted me at any time during this entire transaction, I have had to contact Castle Luxury auto every time for information!
Second, Castle Luxury Auto quoted me a price of $606 door to door which included a $199 deposit in the total $606 quote. This quote is in print and serves as an official contract per Castle Luxury auto's own language. The quote meant that I pay the driver $406 upon delivery. After pickup, the driver tells me that I owe him $790 at delivery, and provides paperwork to prove it, authorized by Castle Luxury auto. In order to get my truck back I had to pay the driver the sum listed on the bill of lading that he had.
Third, Castle Luxury auto representatives swore up and down that Castle Luxury auto uses their own trucks. The truck sent was clearly a contracted driver with United Auto Transport.
Fourth, the driver claims he has been trying to call Castle Luxury auto at 305 517 1386 all day, and they have hung up on him 4 times. I gave him Castle Luxury auto's other number 305 517 3436 and he claims that he got the same results. I called someone named Monica twice at (3436) who said she would call the driver and sort it out. Monica also verified that I only needed to pay the driver $406 upon delivery and that she would explain that to him.
The driver claims that she never called him. By the time I could call back, it was after Castle Luxury auto normal business hours.
The driver then claimed that he would to put my truck in storage in Knoxville, TN and charge me storage fees until Castle Luxury auto resolves this matter. Castle Luxury auto's services are completely unsatisfactory.
Though the truck was delivered, Castle Luxury Auto has made no effort to determine that it made it to it's destination safely. There has been no final contact of any sort with either myself or the driver.
I would strongly encourage a would-be user to look elsewhere for a better service.
