I contacted Cascade about 2 weeks before my desired pickup day. Blayne was very nice on the phone and helped me get three different quotes for shipping each of my two vehicles independently, or both together. Shipping both together did not seem to change the price much. Pickup was scheduled for a monday morning.

Thursday (4 days early) afternoon I got a phone call from the driver asking to pick up the cars because he was running early. I called Duane and he arranged for a price reduction from the carrier to cover the cost of my rental car for the weekend, and my cars were picked up Friday morning by 8 AM.

My estimated shipping time was 10 days (including Memorial day weekend in the shipping time). My cars arrived in only 6, a much welcome surprise.

I am glad however to hear that they lowered their price to help with the rental cars. If there is anything else we can do for you please let me know. Thanks
