I submitted several quotes from companies online. Then googled transport reviews online and found this site – thank god! I was shocked when I read some of the negative reviews. It seems several people were charged a deposit, or in full, before their vehicles were picked up. I also found that pick up dates were promised and never met. This seemed unethical to me. I was very skeptical so I knew I had to do my homework. I found CVS on transportreviews.com. I liked what I read, and it just so happened that I did receive a price quote from them. On the quote it stated:
NEVER PAY A DEPOSIT UNTIL YOUR CAR IS DISPATCHED ONTO ONE OF OUR 1700 TRUCKING PARTNERS. PERSONAL CLIENT ASSTANTS ARE ASSIGNED TO EACH CLIENT AS A SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT.
I figured I should give them a call. I was assigned to Diane. She was very helpful to say the least. I had several stipulations as to when the car could be picked up and delivered. Diane did no BS me. She told me that because of my stipulations it may take a while to get the pick up. I appreciated her honesty and felt totally comfortable with this company’s policies and level of customer service. I decided to go ahead and sign the contract. Diane kept in touch with me via email, (my preference) once or twice a week letting me know what was going on. She worked very hard trying to get a driver to commit to transporting my vehicle. Her hard work paid off. She found a driver. My car was picked on time. I was amazed. I had several calls from the driver (Ray) letting me know where my vehicle was in the transport process and wanted to know if he could deliver my vehicle early, on a Saturday. I could not believe it. I was so happy. He called when he was at a parking lot (3 minutes from my house) ready to unload my vehicle. He was very professional. My car was not dirty or damaged.
Diane then made a follow up call today. Cascade Vehicle Shipping is one of the best companies I have ever done business with! Their customer service is outstanding! Diane really went above and beyond to get this done. I would definitely suggest that you use this company. You will not be sorry!
