The Broker representative (Kimberly Freiley) was very knoledgeable and an made me feel confident that the process would go smooth. She explained how the process wroked and notified me as soon as there was an available shipper. The shipper was a day late picking up the car which was not his fault, it was a payment issue with a customer. Kimberly called the person on the pick up end of the shipment 3 times in a 2 day period checking out the status of the shipment. The car arrived at the destination on time with no problems. Thanks to Kimberly Freiley, who can be contacted at 360-834-7898, everything went smooth.
