My initial contact was with Brenda, she was very courteous, and was very easy to work with. She set up my order, and kept me informed of the situation.
I next had contact with Kimberly, who was always available when I had questions, and quickly responded when the order had to be delayed because of the shipper.
When she found a transport she notified me of the approximate pick up and delivery times.
Kimberly advised me the transport required an additional $150.00, and gave me the option to accept or not.
Thad the driver kept in contact with me, and was very courteous, and picked up and delivered when he advised he would.
Overall, I am extremely happy with Cascade Vehicle Shipping, and Mid America Transport.
I would use and recommend both again.
