Car was picked up on time, Kimberly was responsive, checked with driver closer to delivery date. Wonderful experience, especially after shipping a car with another company almost two years ago from Seattle to Boston that was a nightmare. Would highly recommend Cascade. Very professional. I felt like I was dealing with a company and not a "phone bank" of people.
