Cindy, I am sorry that you feel that the communication wasnt what you expected. I continuously left you messages with updates, sent emails as well. We transported a 3 wheeled trike from TX to CO. You made arrangements on the 27th of Aug. we have you picked up on the 7th so we were within our pick up window of 1-10 business days and I let you know when there were delays, and per your request that delivery would need to be during business hours. You were asked for additional funds from the carrier, and you had to option to pass on that carrier and continue looking. You wanted to take the carrier for the additional funds. You always have the option to pass on the additional funds if you so choose. Again I wish you felt differently about the communication but I feel that I kept in contact with you.
