the professionalism of co personel was first class.i am writing this review only to exprss 5 star rating and will use them again.kim was especially curtious and prompt to rspond to questins by phone and bye mai.the only concern i had was first quote was 183.00 lower than what i had to pay.rason-quote was to low for that area.plus it took 22 days to deliver to my house from time i first started on8-26-10 to 9-17-10.i payed more to get it done instead of 642 .that to me was companies fault,not kim.if quote is given then that should be the cost or close to it.
