We got off on a bad foot when the person I was working with was let go. I asked the manager to take over my shipping so that I would have a known contact point. This was a mistake on my part as he was either incompetent or busy being a manager (what ever that means) because every time I talked to him he had no idea who I was.

I then reached Brenda and a whole new transportation world opened up for me. She was good, competent, friendly, helpful, and understood that beings I was shipping a classic Jag from an off the beaten path place to another forlorn place and I wanted it handled once in and once out of an inclosed rig I was going to be picky.

Job done well and on time once she got the ball rolling.

whatever you do don't ask for the manager, he is far too busy doing that fancy managing stuff to be of any use.
Ask for Brenda and "don't worry, Be happy!"

Did I mention I would not involve "THE MANAGER" in any way!!!
