the price of the service was in the range of bids I had. The customer service contact always seemed available from setting up , to tracking when pick up would be to where car was during transport.

Car was delivered in good condition. From time car was picked up to time of delivery was within the time frame i was given. Service was nice that it was door to door.

The pick up time was relable to the time given to me. My only constructive critisism, was determining the day of actual pick up. It took about 7 to 8 days from the time i signed up for the transport. I understand it depends on the availability of trucks, but wish if there was a way to improve. Also my cost went up about $50 from the original quote, but still reasonable overall.

I would plan on using service again, which says that I am satisfied overall.
