Car was damaged putting it on the truck, and it took a long time to get the car. The driver left a tow hook and when putting the car on the truck it ripped the front lip off.
Then he got stuck in Miami. Then his truck broke down.
Didn't get the car for 7 days when it could have been 3.

Jeff, I'm so sorry that this situation has happened. I am continuing to work with the truck to get this taken care of for you. The pick up person has gotten the part and is getting it ready and sending it to you. I am so sorry for all the delays I wish I could have made this quicker for you.
