When I first spoke with Jeff at Cascade Vehicle Shipping he told me they would price match any other carrier. I told him I found some one that could do it for $595, he told me they won't provide the kind of service they would. He said if he lowers his price that means the driver will take his time to pick up the car and I will not be on top of the list. I told him the guy the car belonges to is on a FIX INCOME and if could help in any way it would help him alot. He said tell you what if we put in a good word in for his company he would make it up to the owner of the car by sending him a rebate of $50.00 within few weeks. I thought to myself thats fair enough plus this company is our local great for our state. Everthing went well up till the owner of the car hadn't recived his rebate check. I email Jeff he said I'll have it in the mail soon, as months went by no rebate and he stopped responding to my email also. He did a great job of selling himself with the worst follow up service ever, taking adventage of the old and the poor. I will never use or recommend this company to any other person needing truck service.
