When the carrier contacted me to advise they could not meet my Border crossing time constraints I called Brenda to see if I could arrange pickup at an alternate location and I would drive the car from there to my Sumas appointment. Brenda called me back with arrangements to receive the car even more conveniently than I had suggested and explained the delay was attributable to an expedited shipment that was on the same load. I entirely understood this and was elated that I could maintain my Customs arrangements. Very well done!
