The car was picked up on time. Seems like in order to guranttee an on-time pick up, it's better to pay extra few hundreds $ from the original quote. Kim was my sale rep and she is very knowledgeable and patience, and she did a great job in communicating and arranging the driver and following up.

The car was delivered on time with lots of dents on the hood, and REAL dirty. I wasn't able tell these damage and dirtiness at the delivery time because it was around 8pm and it was dark, therefore I signed the form without noting such concerns.
