Easy to arrange over the phone. Good communication between Cascade, driver, and I. Some confusion over the initially reported pickup date but resolved quickly and easily with a phone call.

INitial quote was higher than others, but when presented with competitors quotes (some were actually sister companies) did match those quotes.
