I needed to ship my Lexus from New York City to Los Angeles. I made some online inquiries and was shocked at the number of solicitations I received both via e-mail and phone. One particular company had its representative call me twice a day. Finally I heard about the Auto Transport review sight from a friend, I was shocked at the horrible reviews on that one particular company.

So I research all the different companies and I found that Cascade had the most positive reviews and almost no negative. I e-mailed the company, the next day I received a call form Brenda. Brenda was incredible helpful, the quote was $200.00 more than the other company that had the horrible reviews. I realized after all my research that the lower quotes where going to give the worst service. So I arranged for pick-up in Manhattan. The driver contacted my friend the night before scheduled pick up and told him that he was in the area and could pick up the car that evening around 9 p.m. my friend agreed, which actually made things much easier for him than doing it in the morning. The driver picked it up, told him where the car was going to be that night. The next day I received an e-mail and a phone call from Brenda, she gave me an arrival date. Ten days later the driver called and set up delivery. He was an hour late getting to me that morning and apologized profusely. It was raining and in L.A. everything slows down for an hour. The delivery was smooth and quick and the car was in perfect condition.

As far as I'm concerned this is the ONLY car transport company and Brenda is the best representative.
