I do apologize if you felt you were ignored. I do remember however contacting you several times to update you on your order. The time frame on this move was dificult due to the HOLIDAY season (Christmas and New Years) and the weather in your location. The drivers were staying away from this area beacuse of these reasons. The last time we spoke I thought you understood the situation, I do WISH we would have been able to complete this move for you. When you called me to cancel the order I was happy to hear that you found a carrier to move the vehicle in these locations even in the SEVERE WEATHER conditions our drivers were reporting. Yes I was promoted to a different position but never stopped working to get your vehicle moved. Anytime you call our office if the representative you need to contact is unavailable or on the other line you will always find the person who answers the phone eager to help you in whatever you need, I believe that is better than speaking to an answering machine or waiting for a call back dont you agree?
