Reasonable quote but they badgered me since I booked to review them (at least 4 emails). They even tried soliciting a review by saying that they have quotas ore they would be 'fired'. This was before I even had my car transported so I don't know how I was supposed to rate them. They also required a certified check which was fine since we sent it in the mail for my mom to give to the driver; but they then lied about the car being delivered 2days early and so she had to go out to get another check only for us to find out that they driver was lying probably because he wanted to make sure we had a check. So in the end, we had 2 certified checks and had to pay $25 to cancel one of them. Also, they made it sound like the car could be picked up at our home but we wound up having to drive to a Home Depot parking lot 15minutes away to make the exchange, thus requiring someone else to help take us home. The car arrived fine but felt the process was deceiving and annoying and expected better based on all the 'excellent' reviews (which were all probably solicited). It's funny how many emails I've gotten about reviewing them yet I had little communication on when to expect the car to be picked up and had ~1 wk notice despite booking 6wks in advance.
