Since I moved to the middle of nowhere, it took a little while (Just under 2 weeks) to find a truck that wanted to go so far out if it's way. During that time, Kimberly both called and emailed to update me on the status of the shipment. When I was called and told that a trucking company had volunteered to take my car, I was also told that they wanted an additional $150 due to the location. The vehicle was picked up 2 days later (after a few mis-communications with the driver) and delivered 4 days later in great condition.

There were a few hiccups due to my location, but the customer service from both Cascade and the trucking company (called from the road a few times to update me on his location) were great.
