I had no issue with Cascade. I was in a time sensitive situation and thought I would not be able to get my car shipped in less than 7 days. It turned out that it was completed in about 4 days. The only issue I had in general was the driver required COD. I was not able to pay my entire bill by credit card/debit card. So it was difficult finding a place to drop it off and get money sent. Other than that every step of the process was painless.
