Thank you for making this process as simple as possible. Very informative delivery and pick up were just as described. Customer service at cascade was easily reached and very pleasant. The driver was also easily reached when needed -for instance to give specifics of the drop off location. My only problem is that the quote was off and not in my favor... Also I think it should be made very clear in advance that one has to have cash or bank check on hand for the delivery, especially given that the drop off day for me was a Sunday. All in all service here is far better than other company's I spoke with.
