Cascade did a fine job of arranging transport for my car. They are very friendly and on the ball. They were able to book a driver the same day which helped alot as I had flown down to see and purchase the car and getting on the truck would have been very inconvenient if I was not there to coordinate.

The cars front spoiler was damaged by the lazy driver who did not use ramps and rolled the front spoiler under the car. Cascade was about as helpful as they could be in this situation, Im not very happy with the actual shipper as they are making it difficult to file a claim.

I would recommend Cascade and suggest that they make it mandatory to have the hired drivers take digital photos of the cars condition (issues) before loading a car as the bill of landing is hardly useful for documenting the real condition of the car before and after transport, it is very easy for them to claim they did not damage the vehicle, when in fact you Saw them damage it when loading.

Hi Ben, Thank you for your review. I do agree that digital pictures would be a great asset. I will make sure to give that suggestion to my manager. I am so sorry that your vehicle was damaged and i hope that our carrier will make sure your claim is processed promptly.
