Cascade Vehicle Shipping communicated all details of the transport process as things progressed. When the independent contractor that actually was selected to transport the vehicle did not arrive at the designated time of day we expected, the Cascade representative, Jeff Newell, promptly contacted them and got back to me with details. Later that day the transporter contacted me and picked the car up the evening of the day promised. Five days later the vehicle was delivered in Florida in great shape. I would certainly use Cascade in the future.
