I didn't end up using this company only because I was in a time crunch and there was no truck available to bring my care here right away. But, Nick was excellent. He was very personable and friendly.When I called to tell him that I was going to have to go with another company, he immediately refunded my deposit. My experience overall with the company was a great one and if I ever need a car shipped again, Cascade will be the first company I will call.
